Originally from Los Angeles, California
Cooper Goldman is a designer and maker.
Cooper’s work takes shape in wood, porcelain, leather, and textiles. These timeless materials allow him to explore themes of domesticity, intimacy, community and joy. He uses the art of design to celebrate daily routines. Cooper’s designs can be found in private homes across the United States and in public spaces such as coffee shops and retail stores.
A reverence for raw materials and technical processes has led him to extensive global travel, from urban centers to rural community homesteads; meeting and collaborating with master craftsmen across Europe and throughout the United States. Cooper blends traditional techniques with a modern approach, resulting in clean contemporary designs.
